I forgot to add some other yummy details about last weekend.

For Saturday breakfast, I made this. It's a cinnamon bread that doesn't require extra rising time and you can mix it all up in the baking dish. However, since it's in an 8x8 pan, mixing it all up in that just spelled M-E-S-S to me!

Anyway, you mix it all up and put it in your cold oven. It rises as the oven heats up and then it finishes cooking.

It was delicious! In fact, I'm going to double the recipe and make it for Christmas when TC's family is here.

They have some other yummy looking one dish recipes on their website, so I might have to try those. I'm all about quick and simple!
