Last night, X-man was playing in the tub and he and daddy were "sword fighting" with a sponge alligator and giraffe. I got the giraffe and tried to play with X-man the same way daddy had been and X-man wouldn't do it! So daddy imparted this knowledge that he assumed X-man had already picked up on...
"It's not good for a boy to fight with a girl. It's a no win situation. Either you're that guy that got beat up by a girl or you're that guy that hit a girl. You lose!"
Tonight at dinner, X-man was playing peek-a-boo. He likes to do this at meal time and he'll cover up his eyes with his cute little hands (that are usually covered in food!) and he'll peek out from behind his eyes to make sure you're watching...
And then throw his hands away from his face and wait for your very enthusiastic, "I see you!"
Sometimes he even claps when you are enthusiastic enough!
Tonight during the game, he covered up one eye with one hand and one ear with the other.
TC said, "X-man, are you trying to be two monkeys at once?"
X-man didn't get the joke, but mamma sure did!
