Something to think about

This post over on Sarah's blog made me think again about an interesting situation that is going to occur sometime soon.

There's a guy that used to play in a musical group I'm in. He's been gone for a few years and now he's coming back. Where's he been? In jail for child pornography. This was really creepy to think about before, but it seems even more creepy now that I have a child.

I'm not sure I even want X-man to see this guy. I hadn't thought about it, but ^starshine brought up an interesting point in her comment on the subject. When we were growing up, we didn't have the internet to deal with. Just one more thing to monitor.

And yes, I understand the concept of "hate the sin, love the sinner" but some things take more courage than I actually have.
