Yum!

I'm going to try this recipe for dinner tonight. I made the squash puree last night and it was all I could do to keep from eating it right then!

An hour cook time, though? It'll be 7:00 before we get dinner! I usually cook stuff that's done in about 15-20 minutes. It's not as fancy...usually just some baked chicken (or grilled steak) and frozen veggies. Maybe I can get it done before Amazing Race starts!
