Our first casualty

We've left our first toy somewhere. But we know where. And there's a very high chance that it has our name on it and will be waiting on us the next time we go there.

Saturday we had our regular lunch at our fave sushi place. To try to keep X-man entertained, we took his linking rings, which he loves, and hooked them onto the highchair.

We left them there.

Thankfully we have another set of rings so he had something to play with yesterday at our Sunday School social.

I bet we can get the rings back next Saturday.

And this is exactly the reason I said that I'd never take toys out in public. What was I thinking?!? Babies have a way of adjusting those "I'd never" ideas, don't they?

One thing I've learned is not to say or think "I'll never...." :)

I'm thinking teaching Wilhelm to play with his food. That way we never worry about leaving toys in public.

Yeah, we're THAT classy.
