Nostalgia

My sister and parents were here for the weekend. We had a great time and I think X-man really enjoyed all the attention...again!

After I got married, my sister said she'd try to do a scrapbook for me with all the pictures and stuff I had from the wedding and related parties as well as our honeymoon. Well, time has not allowed her to do that and I found a company that allows you to create really nice scrapbooks with your digital photos. So, she brought me all the pictures and I spent about 20 minutes this morning looking through the stuff. I looked at the wedding photos, the wedding advice cards (my high school band director said, "Don't practice your flute in the shower." Nut!) and the honeymoon pictures. I am really glad that sis offered to make the scrapbook for me because when she did, I sat down and wrote out a description of almost every picture from the honeymoon cruise. If I didn't have that, I wouldn't be able to tell you the names of the people we sat with at dinner, or what port we were in front of for that picture, or why I'm looking so dorky in that other picture. Yea for sis!

Now I have to scan my pictures in, upload them to my account with the company and get started on the honeymoon book. If only X-man would nap for about 4 hours, I could get it done!
